SHIPPING POLICY

For all LIZ GOLD ORIGINAL PAINTINGS, please allow for up to three weeks for shipping and handling. It likely won’t take that long, but it does take time to get everything ready and wrapped up just right before sending it out. It will be worth the wait! Once the painting is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text, along with delivery carrier information.

 

RETURNS POLICY

All LIZ GOLD ORIGINAL PAINTINGS are final sale. If a painting is damaged in some way upon delivery, or for some reason doesn’t get to you please within three weeks, email hi@lizgold.online for support. Digital downloads are non-refundable. Other products or items available for purchase on this site that arrive misprinted/damaged/defective must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Because most products are print on demand, we are not able to offer refunds for buyer's remorse or wrong sizes. Thank you for understanding.
